It is produced by a fine mixture of rubber and silicon which is prepared by using a top class binder. The resultant mixture is then passed forcible through a set of dies at high temperatures for the extrusion of the raw materials that are mixed together to give elasticity to the structure produced. Silicone Rubber Profile is an elastomer having combinational properties of both rubber and silicon having good mechanical and thermal properties such as high temperature performance, durability, excellent electrical insulation properties as well as transparency.
